Order Cancellation
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, please log in to your account and visit your Order History section.
- Orders may be canceled by us in cases of suspicious activity or an invalid delivery address.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- You cancel your order within the allowed timeframe.
- Your order is lost in transit or cannot be delivered.
- You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Refund Process
- All refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days from the date of approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
For Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
